A starter pack for the Creative AI & Quantum Hackathon.

Hackathons live or die on the first hour. This repo gives participants a 1,000-idea launchpad so you skip the blank page and start shipping on Solana in one Lovable build.

What's inside

  • · 10 creative disciplines — dance, music, visual art, video, photo, writing, film/animation, games, theater, fashion.
  • · 100 ideas per discipline — each combining a sub-discipline with one of four Solana primitives.
  • · A Lovable mega-prompt per idea — paste, build, ship.
  • · A Solana primitive — Devnet memo call, Pinata/IPFS, Privy Solana sign-in, or Metaplex NFT mint.
  • · TAM / SAM / SOM — indicative market sizing for your pitch slide.

How to use it

  1. Pick a discipline that matches your team's strengths.
  2. Skim the 100 ideas; click into 2–3 that grab you.
  3. In your Lovable project, add secrets: PRIVY_APP_ID, PINATA_JWT, LOVABLE_API_KEY, SOLANA_RPC_URL (Alchemy), and PHANTOM_PRIVATE_KEY (base58 from Phantom → Export Private Key, funded via faucet.solana.com).
  4. Copy the mega-prompt into Lovable. The prompt scaffolds the app, wires Privy login, deploys a bespoke Solana program on Devnet, and links every tx to Solana Explorer.
  5. Polish the demo, prep your TAM/SAM/SOM slide, present.

Why a bespoke program?

Every mega-prompt ships with a tiny native Rust program (no Anchor) and a one-shot scripts/deploy.tsthat uses your Phantom private key to solana program deploy on Devnet. The frontend then calls the deployed Program ID via Privy's embedded wallet — the deployer key never touches the browser bundle.
